Everything was spotless and well-maintained.
The hotel's tranquil location and central proximity made it an ideal choice for me.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh foods available at the buffet.
The staff were well-organized and friendly, making my stay pleasant.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was varied and fresh, the room equipment and size were very good, and the price‑performance ratio matched expectations; unfortunately the building and the upper‑floor rooms get very hot in summer, even with blinds on the windows.
“Entspannt”
The front‑desk lady is friendly, pleasant, competent, and very solution‑oriented, but the hotel feels a bit dated; everything is tidy and clean, yet a renovation is needed to stay current (carpet, doors, furniture, bathroom tiles).

The only thing I liked was the balcony, yet I came looking for peace and read the reviews that praised cleanliness, stylish décor, a great breakfast and fragrant rooms—those claims feel fake or deliberately fabricated by the owners. This turned out to be the worst hotel I’ve ever visited, from the increasingly hostile attitude of the owner to the ugly, stinky, dirty rooms with thick fingerprints on the bed, and a breakfast that was just an empty shelf at 9 am. When I peeked into other rooms that were being cleaned, they were exactly the same. Every single room looked as shabby as a youth hostel and reeked of old bathroom pipes. My request for a different room was denied because the hotel was supposedly fully booked. I only saw maybe three couples during my stay. They advertise nice rooms that probably amount to three in the whole building; the rest resembled a homeless shelter. A waste of money—I could have stayed somewhere nicer. I left early.
Nothing positive; no staff were present, and the staff only arrived at 7 am when checking out. The room was very warm, and the price was far too high.
“Definitely recommended overnight stay”
I stayed in a quiet neighborhood in a lively city that has palaces and a park with half‑wild animals; I was only supposed to stay overnight and enjoy a tasty breakfast. The staff were friendly, parking was right in front of the window, and the terrace was comfortable with good beds 🙂 The check‑in was user‑friendly. We were there during a heat wave and there was no AC, but because we were on the first floor we could leave the windows open at night and it cooled down enough 👍
