The place was exceptionally clean and friendly, the breakfast was great and they accommodated our vegan needs. It’s well located close to the town centre and beach, with easy street parking or a nearby car park. The only thing is it sits up a very steep hill if you’re walking.

The place was spotless and the owners were warm and helpful. We booked a twin room, but it felt too cramped; there was no wardrobe and barely enough room for two suitcases where we had to stash most of our clothes. The almond milk sachets in the room were a nice touch, and the view was lively. The only downside was the room size.

The breakfast arrived as ordered and was nicely cooked. The bedroom and bathroom felt cramped, but we made the best of the limited space. Parking proved to be a challenge.

The family running the place was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The location is typical of Lyme, but the panoramic view is huge. Fossil hunting is a lot of fun, and the ammonite carpet is worth seeing. There’s a parking spot right in front of the house. The beach and town are worth recommending, and for garden lovers like us, Ford Abbey nearby is a worthwhile drive that’s a pure experience. Will definitely come back!

A very nice B&B. We felt completely comfortable. The room is small but lovely, the breakfast was very good, and the hosts were very friendly. Walking takes 5–10 minutes to everywhere in the town, and parking was straightforward.
