The hotel was very quiet and beautifully decorated. We appreciated its convenient location and the pay‑and‑go items downstairs. We arrived before check‑in but could use the rooftop pool while waiting for our room, and when it was ready, our bags were delivered there. Mary was a wonderful host!

The hotel looks stunning, and Maria was especially helpful, giving us great tips for the Rosario Island excursion and answering all our questions. Our room was roomy and well air‑conditioned, which was essential in Cartagena’s heat and humidity. Breakfast was tasty, and the hotel’s location is incredibly convenient. However, the pool, scheduled to open from 8am to 6pm, was already closed around 5pm on a couple of days, and its small size made it difficult to use when the place was busier.

The room was nice and comfortable, the staff were kind, and the location is good. The water could have been warmer.
