The location was great, and breakfast and tea came with cookies and cake daily—food was awesome. The room had AC, a TV, beach towels, a bag, a fridge, and an ice box; the pantry offered water, tea, and coffee all day. However, there were no beach passes, street parking was tough, and while a park tag was provided, a 10‑minute walk was necessary and worked out okay.

Breakfast was outstanding, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The amenities were nice, but our room lacked sufficient light, forcing us to use a flashlight in the evening to find things.

The spot is spot-on—quiet street, just one block to the beach and two to shops and restaurants, and a lovely tree shades the porch. Parking is tricky; the free lot requires a 10‑minute walk.
