The spot was spot‑on, the host was warm and helpful, the room got cleaned daily, and the balcony view was absolutely stunning. ❤️

The balcony view from the room was beautiful, but around 9 am you can’t rest because a cleaning lady is around.

Breakfast was just fine, but the biggest let‑down was that the property has a nice pool that guests can’t actually use. Even though the pool isn’t advertised, it’s obvious when you arrive and gives off an unwelcoming vibe.
The location is ideal, right on the promenade and directly in front of the beach, and the Tumino bus to Ragusa, Punta Secca, etc. departs right behind the hotel. The room furniture could use an update and there should be tea/coffee making facilities.
