The room was comfortable, clean, and matched the photos. The reservation process was poorly organized; no one confirmed my booking as usual, so I had to write multiple times to ensure it was available. Initially they were unsure the reservation was guaranteed, but they finally confirmed it. When I arrived, the hotel didn’t find my reservation and had to double‑check availability again. Fortunately I was accommodated, but it was very inconvenient to keep insisting and risk arriving with no place to stay. They need to be more organized and responsible with reservations made through that platform.

“Pésima”

I booked through Booking and was supposed to pay 120.000, but when I arrived the receptionist couldn’t locate my reservation and charged me 160.000 for a room with two extra beds. The reservation was not found and I was overcharged.
