I was thoroughly disappointed when we arrived at the hotel after a 6-hour journey at 11 pm, only to find out that our room wasn't available. This was extremely frustrating, especially since it was midnight and we had to spend time searching for another hotel. The whole experience was quite troublesome, and I wish the hotel had been more considerate of our situation.
