A wonderful house, wonderful host Marina! The nights are quiet, the location is convenient, and the interior is authentically cozy. The breakfasts are excellent. Everything needed for a comfortable stay is there. Marina is very pleasant, kind, open, and caring. If I ever return to Tbilisi, I’ll choose this place without hesitation. Didi Madloba!

The interior always felt cozy and calm, with incredibly tasty breakfasts and a spotless room. The location is very convenient, literally within walking distance of everything, and the metro is right nearby. The surrounding area has a well‑developed infrastructure: shops, pharmacies, and restaurants with excellent food. I especially want to thank the host, Marina, for her hospitality and kindness. We definitely plan to stay here again.

"Home 12" is a small place with only four rooms, and I was the sole guest for three days. The location is central, quiet, and the host lady was very attentive. Each morning she prepared a breakfast with daily variations, accompanied by 1950s and 1960s music played on LPs. There’s also a balcony to relax, which was perfect for the warm weather in Tbilisi. In short, "Home 12" is a special, friendly, welcoming spot with a cozy atmosphere—definitely recommended! By the way, I even received a gift at the end of my stay.
