The room was spotless and modern, the mattress huge for one person, and we slept great; service and friendliness were top‑level.

“A wonderful highend proprty located in a great spot for shopping and nightlife.”

The hotel feels superb and the staff are amazing; it sits in a prime spot for shopping or Osaka nightlife, with subways nearby and most taxis arriving within 10 minutes. The town itself is spotless and upscale, very safe. We stayed in a suite on the executive floor that was fantastic, and the executive lounge was super convenient, stocked with everything you could need.

“Wonderful place to come back to after a day/night out in Osaka and pretty easy to get to from anywhere in the city.”

The bed was huge and very comfortable. The view from our room was breathtaking. I enjoyed sitting at the table and simply looking out at the city skyline. The staff were attentive and friendly and remembered you. I walked into the bar one evening and one of the staff asked if I would be having another margarita which is what I’d had the night before. Little bits of attention to detail like that go a long way. We’d had our luggage delivered by post from our previous hotel and when we arrived the staff said “your luggage has already arrived, it’s in your room”. Top notch service when we had only expected it to be at the front desk when we arrived. Strongly recommend. Would 100% stay again. N/A
