After shelling out almost $2,000 for a three‑night stay—including taxes and parking—I was shocked to see that the room water was billed at $4.50, and there was no dental kit with toothbrushes or toothpaste. I asked for a refund of the water charge at checkout, which was removed, but the real issue is that a five‑star property from a global chain would charge guests for bottled water. Everything else was fine, but those small details shape the overall impression and influence whether I’d return.

The room was clean and excellent, and the bathroom was very spacious; the lobby bar was good and the front‑desk staff were great, but the elevators were painfully slow, especially during peak times.

Location, comfort and staff exceptionally kind and helpful. The pillows. Thick and lumpy, not comfortable for sleeping. And no options for people who prefer to sleep either lower or firmer pillows
