Walking to public transport was easy. The blackout curtains and shutters were wonderful, making the rooms pitch black and easy for sleeping. It has its own laundry, and we definitely used the pool. The bed was extremely hard, the breakfast area was crowded so restocking was difficult, and they only cleaned your room every three days—every second day would have been fine. We ended up restocking the toilet paper, tea, coffee, etc. ourselves.

The location is a plus. Customer service was poor, with no staff to help. Rooms were not upgraded and too small for families. The bathroom shower was not good, the breakfast menu was the same every day, it was expensive, and there was no flexibility.

“Great but !!”

The staff were amazing, especially the cleaners who went out of their way to keep the rooms spotless and the stock accessible. The location is great—at least 15 minutes or less to everywhere we needed to go, and public transportation is easily accessible. Having a washer and dryer is a plus, especially for families with children. The studio rooms are so small that even two people can’t move freely; it felt like we were in a box. There was no variety in foods—the same menu from Monday to Monday, especially breakfast.

The room was clean and the overall hygiene standards were good. However, the nearest station was a 500 m walk away and the room felt a bit small. The equipment and interior design were quite outdated, making them somewhat inconvenient to use. We booked three rooms but they were assigned on different floors, and you have to request daily housekeeping; otherwise, your room might be skipped.

“Lovely Stay”

We had a lovely room and each morning we were treated to an extensive buffet breakfast that even had options for the kids. Room service was excellent, and we also enjoyed a buffet dinner at the restaurant. The pool and kids’ amenities were great and we used them a lot during our stay. The location made it hard to see the sights, so we had to order a taxi to get around, which ended up being expensive.
