The staff were friendly and dinner was delicious.
“Excellent food and service and enjoyed a great sleep in the comfy bed.”
They offered me a bowl of soup and a slice of homemade bread to heat up when we arrived late, which felt very personal and sweet after a long travel day, and I enjoyed meeting the couple who run this idyllic, charming lodge; the only downside was that the shower faucet in the fish room isn’t great for tall people.
