The place was nice and quiet, and the fitness centre worked well. The restaurant was lovely, but I had to wait a bit for drinks, which felt slightly slow.

I stayed in a new apartment close to the city, and the bed was very comfortable while the room looked nice. However, the initial entry coding was confusing, and the bond taken was higher than the room rate; it hasn't been returned after I left, even though they surely have my credit card details if any issue arose.

The location is quiet and convenient, but the check‑in process is supposed to be easy and it isn’t. I love staying here and this is my third visit, yet the booking and check‑in process remains a mess.

The location was great and the room was well cleaned. The check‑in system required a pre‑check‑in verification with a selfie and ID sent to a third party, which made me feel like I was handing over my house keys. The air conditioning sounded like a washing machine, and the fire alarm went off after midnight, forcing an evacuation; we waited outside in the freezing cold until the firemen confirmed it was a false alarm.
