I rated it 10/10 because the place was wonderfully clean and comfortable, the staff were good, the toilets and bathrooms were spotless, and there were lots of malls nearby, making it great for shopping; the area also offered many restaurants—Chinese, Indian, Japanese, Thai, and Vietnamese—right under the building, plus plenty of transport options. From the airport you can catch the A 21 bus stop close by, and the hotel is just a 1‑2 minute walk away.

I gave this place a perfect 10/10 because it was very comfortable and clean; the room was spotless and the staff, especially Mr. Lovely, were always helpful and nice people.
