The hotel’s location is great, the rooms are clean, and the staff are very friendly. The owner was very friendly and helped with all my requests, even finding a bike repair shop and driving me there. The bathroom is VERY small, there was no liquid soap—just some used pieces, which is unhygienic. Also, when the owner needed something he was a little annoying, knocking on my door and interrupting my video call.

The owner was very nice and helpful, and the central location was incredibly convenient. I slept soundly at night, the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean; even at a low price I was fully satisfied. However, the shower and toilet were cramped and hard to use, so it’s safer to bring your own toiletries.

A small guesthouse in a tiny, authentic alley, just a 2‑minute walk to the lively Walking Street, yet the room itself is quiet. The room is small but clean, with a comfortable bed. It’s a 15‑minute walk to the city center, the market, and Saigon Centre, and within walking distance are the Main Post Office and the Cathedral of the Mother of God (though it’s always under renovation). In short, everything is nearby. Around the area there are plenty of supermarkets like 7‑11 and Family Mart. The hosts are friendly, polite, and smile often. We liked everything. This is Saigon, a city of perpetual parties, so you only need a place to sleep; there’s no point overpaying for a fancy hotel. For me the key is a comfortable bed, clean linens, hot water, and a private bathroom—all of which are present at SƠN THỊNH Guesthouse.
