Arceli helped me a lot—everyone is friendly and helpful. The room was clean but noisy from neighbors and a local bar nearby, though it’s just a 3–5 minute walk to Sordins Beach. The owner didn’t provide any soap, shower gel, or similar items, which is disappointing for a 36 USD per night rate. It’s a relief to arrive from Cebu after a 5‑hour trip and want to shower but find none. I asked the manager, but the owner didn’t supply them, so I give that step 1 star out of 5. Arceli is very kind and helpful—10 out of 10 for her. The owner is very greedy. The noise from neighbors and nearby bars is constant, and the shower has very low water pressure.

The location was perfect, right behind the Smooth Café. The snorkels and life jackets were useful, the staff were fantastic, and the bed was comfortable. However, there were many ants in the room, the shower head pressure and temperature were not great, the tap was dripping, and the towels had a lot of fluff.
