The hotel feels clean and quiet, and the staff are courteous. The welcome snacks were mostly the same items, which was a bit disappointing; although the quantity is fixed, some guests seem to get more without being told, so perhaps pre‑placing them in the room would be fairer. The pillow didn’t suit my head, so having options would be nice.
