The room condition was unacceptable for a hotel in this price range: everywhere there were mold spots, thick dust threads hanging on the walls, and visible signs of water intrusion. In the bathroom, the seams were completely black with mold—so gross that we avoided using it and instead showered in the spa area. The bed was hard, and the heating display glowed so brightly all night that sleeping was impossible. Even the pool was unheated and cold. There was no sense of relaxation at all. Bottom line: avoid staying here and book another accommodation nearby. If you want, you can come for dinner—nothing more.
