The stay was spacious, with a nice bathroom and a balcony that offered a lovely view. The owner was welcoming and had a sweet cat; he was so kind he drove me repeatedly to the town, the supermarket, or the station! At night he left a little stone for me. The distance from the town made walking from the train station with luggage tough, and it’s unfortunate there’s no private toilet.

A friendly gentleman, but the room was very warm and there was no fan, which I would strongly recommend adding during these hot French days. I also found the location in Reole to be inconvenient for a pilgrim; I should have chosen a different spot.
