The spot is perfect for day trips into the Gesäuse – the location is unbeatable. Inside, everything’s decked out in wood with a clear love for detail. The kitchen’s fully equipped, and you can grab drinks, snacks, frozen goodies for a fee. The tavern in the same building serves hearty home‑cooked meals at a fair price. Check‑in is a breeze with the self‑service system, and the breakfast spread is solid – cereals, pastries, soft‑boiled eggs, juices, cheese, sausage, you name it.

The décor really caught my eye – it’s stylish and cozy. The staff went above and beyond, which made the stay feel personal. Breakfast was a big highlight, with plenty of options. The whole place is quiet and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. Guests can use the refrigerators, and extra drinks are reasonably priced. The beds are comfy, and the surrounding landscape is gorgeous, offering loads of hiking, sports, and cultural spots.
