I liked the location, close to many attractions, and we could walk to the Muffato market. The rooms were spacious with a large bed. They provided a hair dryer, iron, dishcloth, detergent, and a sponge for dishes. However, even after telling them our arrival time, I still had to wait outside the street to receive the keys. Basic kitchen utensils were missing—no cutting board, no peeler, no rice strainer—and the bedding wasn’t clean. The curtain in one room didn’t block out the light, and the door lock was old and almost failed on one of the days.
