The staff were super friendly and for the price it was pretty solid, especially when you can't find a decent place to crash. It's not a 5‑star spot like Hilton, but I wish more budget motels were this good. The place feels a bit dated and could use some upkeep, but I'd stay there again. The only issue was the mattress—when you sit down it slides off one side, and one pillowcase had a red stain that looked like fingernail polish, not blood. Otherwise the room was clean.

The owners are great—always greet us and remember us when we drop by. Rooms stay spotless and they check daily to see if you need anything or want a room refresh. It’s a solid spot for the price, though the beds are a bit firm for my taste and I’d like a softer mattress pad. Still, I can’t complain.

The staff were awesome and very friendly, and I enjoyed my stay a lot; the only issue was the loud semi‑trucks on the nearby road with their exhaust pipes running.

I found this spot to be cheap and right in the middle of Pratt today, and the manager/owner was friendly and super helpful. I have no complaints.
