The experience was good, and it was also good.
“Déçu à cause d’une piscine inutilisable”
The room was spacious and comfortable, but the listing claimed an outdoor pool and a gym, and unfortunately the pool had been drained, the liner torn, so I couldn't swim; I had chosen this hotel specifically for its rooftop pool.
There was no working pool, the bedding and mattress were dirty, breakfast at the restaurant was very limited, and there was an unpleasant odor.

The location was convenient, yet the room lacked enough space to unpack the suitcase and there was no closet.

The location was fine, but we had always stayed at the same place, the hotel was undergoing renovations, the staff were less friendly than before, and none of the days we arrived had the pool, gym, or other amenities available—especially the rooftop pool we came for.
