The staff were excellent, providing top-notch service throughout my stay.
On the positive side, my room was immaculately clean and well-equipped, making it a great place to rest and relax.
My spacious room and comfortable bed were also a highlight.

The hotel and rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and quiet. We wanted to check in early for an event, and the reception staff was super helpful; they switched us to another available room so we could drop our luggage and get ready. Super happy! Nothing negative.
“Comfort”
Nice, but the convenience of the shopping centre was an issue.
It's a nice enough facility. "Mountain view" was not a mountain view. A fire alarm went off and there was no communication to us that it was a false alarm. The computuers where down at check in so someone had to let us into our room. Couldn't leave the room or I would need to be let back in. Offered 0 compensation
“Our New Get Away Spot.”
I loved the hotel environment—perfect for a weekend getaway. The rooms were very clean and welcoming, the bed was comfortable, and I loved the robe and slippers. The bathroom was almost perfect. Nothing worth mentioning.
“Clean roofs”
The staff were excellent, but the property itself was just beautiful.
