Hotel Sonetto

Hotel simples mas bem estruturado. No geral foi um ótimo hotel. Falavam que era área perigosa e foi super tranquila,andamos a pé até em periodo noturno. Super indico pelo custo benefício. A questão do box pequeno e com cortina não foi muito agradavel. acredito que a janela que estava com problemas para fechar deixa o banho frio

“Foi uma experiência péssima. Funcionarios sem educação.”

I liked the breakfast. The service was terrible and the staff extremely rude. My experience was extremely unpleasant, mainly because of how the staff treated me. I never felt welcomed or treated with the minimum respect expected from a hospitality establishment. Besides the staff’s harsh attitude, I also received incorrect information about the required documentation to stay and leave the country. Trusting the staff’s guidance, I had to go to the PDI, losing almost a day of my trip and facing unnecessary hassles. At the PDI I discovered the hotel’s information was wrong and the airport procedure did not require what they had told me. Thus, not only was my trip day ruined by misinformation, but I also had to deal with staff who, instead of trying to solve the situation politely and professionally, treated me with indifference and disrespect. A problem or a failure of information is one thing; a guest seeking help and being met with hostility, rudeness, and lack of courtesy is another. It was a horrible experience, and honestly, I’m glad I stayed only one day. I expected at least cordiality and respect, but unfortunately that was not found. I do not recommend this hotel.

Location and staff treatment were fine. The room and bathroom cleanliness were poor, and the towels didn’t look very clean.

Location was good. Breakfast was lacking. The check‑in attendant was very rude.

“Hotel pésimo. Abominable.”

Location was fine. It has absolutely nothing good; it’s a disaster. I was assigned room 51, which meets no 3‑star hotel standards. There’s no closet, safe, chair, or desk, and the half‑side sink has nothing to hold toiletries. To top it off, when the receptionist guided me to the room, she held a towel in her hand, giving the impression of a prison rather than a hotel. The mattress was expired, the walls were dirty with peeling paint, and when I complained she simply said she couldn’t leave the room vacant. Breakfast is terrible; the yogurt quantity is laughable, and the cheese on the bread is translucent and too thin. In short, I do not recommend anyone stay at this abominable establishment.
