“Clean and very accommodating staff, Marco was great”
It’s close to the train station. The area isn’t great, and you have to walk a longish distance to the Collesemum and down Gaffetti decorated streets.

Located on the third floor of an Umbertine‑style building in Rome’s vibrant Esquilino district, Santa Bibiana B&B sits just a 15‑minute walk from the Colosseum and 250 m from Vittorio Emanuele Metro (Line A). Rooms feature spacious layouts, air‑conditioning, LCD TV, private en‑suite bathrooms, and complimentary Wi‑Fi. The neighborhood buzzes with restaurants, pubs and clubs.

The place is very close to the train station and the metro. The room was spacious and the bathroom clean. Communication was great all the time; we had to check in early, drop our luggage before leaving the room, and they made it easy without any issues. The staff were very friendly. Some people said the neighborhood felt unsafe at night, but we had no problems. Breakfast didn’t offer many options, but you could buy items and store them in the fridge, which worked perfectly for us.

The staff were attentive and courteous, the room was quiet and well‑designed, the value for money was solid, public transport was easy to reach, and the self‑serve breakfast was friendly and let you mingle with other guests; still, I would suggest adding electric slippers in the rooms because we all need to charge devices, and a salty snack at breakfast would be a nice touch—small things that could make a big difference.

I loved it, though there was a bit of outside noise.
