The place was dirty, the furniture looked almost antique, and the plumbing was in rough shape.

“Excellent”

The stay at Hilton Suites Jabal Omar was outstanding—from the welcome to the quality of services. The staff were very dedicated, kind, and always ready to help. A special shout‑out to Hamid at reception for his warm greeting, friendliness, and professionalism. Breakfast was truly excellent, very varied with plenty of options each day—perfect for starting the morning. The staff were always smiling, attentive, and listening. Mohamed Elamin also deserves a mention for his kindness and great service. The location is a huge advantage: the hotel is just a few steps from the Haram, and the elevator takes you straight into the Al Khalil shopping center. Even with the high traffic at the hotel, there was almost never any wait in front of the elevators, no matter the time of day or night, which was really appreciated. We had a fantastic stay and were very satisfied with the overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return.

Everything was tidy, especially the room; the view was excellent and it was easy to walk straight onto the Haram from the ground floor.
