“Not accommodating at all.”
The hotel smelled like a nursing home, the bathroom was dirty/dingy, and there was no place to smoke outside except the parking lot because the patio was closed off; the lobby bathrooms were locked and the TV in our room didn’t work, so we drove 4 hours back to KY and didn’t stay that night, wasting $117.00.
The bed was comfortable, but the price of $388/night was outrageous for the past weekend; the room wasn't worth it.
“Disappointed”
I found my room nasty: the toilet, bathtub, refrigerator, and water all leaked, and the hotel smelled terrible.
Housekeeping never came to clean the room, the shower curtain rod was broken, the vent in the bathroom didn’t work, and the outlets were flimsy—plugging something in caused a fallout or I had to keep fiddling with it to get it to work.
“It kept me out of the rain and smoke.”
The hotel was close to the festival, but there were more options and updated rooms available for what I paid per night.
