“Angenehm”
The staff are very friendly. The hotel rooms are relatively clean and there are no pets. There was no hair dryer, and the bedding had slight stains.

This place is a total scam. They'll take your money and then cancel your booking at the last minute, claiming repairs or whatever. Don't even think about booking here.
I had a wonderful stay at this place - the host was great and everything was just as I needed it to be. No complaints at all.
The price and proximity to the ocean are positives. The sheets and bath towels were not really clean, the reception was deserted, and the road noise just below the building plus the train made it noisy.
