We booked at the last minute and the front‑desk staff opened the doors for us at 4 a.m. The building is old but the room was very clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect for a hike the next day. Thanks!

The location is great, the staff is friendly, and checking in late after a midnight bus was no issue. The doors are a bit creaky and the fridge wasn’t plugged in.

The place is well located, the staff is welcoming, and the beds are very comfortable.

The bed is comfy, the room is next to the food courts and surrounded by shops selling local souvenirs, the owner is helpful and friendly, and the morning view is great. There is no elevator, as with most hotels in Vietnam, so you’ll have to carry a heavy bag up the stairs to the fifth floor.

The place is simple and the furniture is old but cheap, close to sleeping services, the apartment owner is always present, the staff are very good and friendly, and they help as much as they can.
