The staff were friendly, but the reality was far from what the website promised: the rooms were dirty, you couldn't eat or dine, the breakfast was awful and scanty, there was no light in the room, and so on… I felt cheated.
The hotel is pretty and the staff are very attentive, but the rooms are a bit small.
“Noche de desconexión”
The hotel is very pretty and located in a very quiet town, ideal for a few days of relaxation; the front‑desk lady was very pleasant and even made us a good breakfast. However, the cleanliness was lacking—especially the bathroom in our room seemed forgotten, and the hotel overall felt neglected, which is a shame given its beauty and potential.
The hotel is very dirty and abandoned, with dust everywhere, dirty floor tiles – FATAL! Nothing pleasant at all, half‑finished everything. No pool and the jacuzzi is unusable. Everything is filthy. The room wasn’t cleaned during the two days of our stay. The shower head was broken, and the windows were dirty.
“NO HI ANEU!!!”
The façade looks beautiful, but inside it feels abandoned. There was no cleaning at all: the room was full of dust and cobwebs, the windows were very dirty, dust and things were everywhere, the bathroom fixtures were disordered, the shower head couldn't be fixed because it was broken. The breakfast offered very little – no yogurt, no cereals, no fruit. In short, not recommended at all. The offered jacuzzi didn’t work. P.S. No cleaning or bed making happened at all during our stay.
