The stay was perfect—just outside the CBD yet still within reach of everything, with wonderful staff, an engaging lounge bar/dining area, excellent housekeeping, a gym with the basics, and a nice pool/spa; I’ll return for my next Melbourne trip, though a thinner pillow might suit my husband better.

The location was spot‑on, the restaurant served delicious food, and the staff were attentive, helpful, and lovely. The rooms were immaculate, and the bathrooms were functional, well‑equipped, and scrupulously clean. There was nothing to complain about at all.
