I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's location, which offered easy access to a variety of amenities, including a nearby bakery and café. The beautiful hiking trails in the area were a major draw for me, and I was not disappointed. While I didn't encounter any significant issues during my stay, I did have high expectations.

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, thanks to its fantastic location, friendly staff, and spacious apartment. The delicious breakfast, complete with homemade jams, was a highlight of my day. The hotel's playgrounds, both indoors and outdoors, were a great bonus for families. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend it.

Unfortunately, the town of Egloffstein was quite quiet, with limited dining options, which meant we had to venture out to nearby towns for food. We would likely choose a different location next time. However, the nearby café was charming and offered excellent service. On a more negative note, we had to lug our suitcases up to the second floor without an elevator, and our room lacked liquid soap at the sink.

Overall, my stay was satisfactory, but there was one issue that stood out: a dog was present in the entrance area, which was a bit of a concern for me. Despite this, I was pleased with the hotel's amenities and services.
