“Over priced!”
The bedroom was clean and comfortable. It was in an industrial area, so I had to drive across town to find an open restaurant. It was overpriced!

Kudos to Mr. Gianluca, who, even though it was a late reservation, welcomed us well by letting us check in online and calling us with all the instructions to access the property and the room.

The location is great for exploring the surroundings of Susa. I liked being able to charge my electric car in the private courtyard at the back.

The location was exactly what I had looked for, close to the Feudo San Giorno. The breakfast consisted of two packaged croissants from an unknown brand left on the table and two coffee capsules, no water or anything that could be considered a breakfast. The double bed was as hard as a rock, on the second floor without an elevator, and the keys were described as “unsecured” in a euphemistic way. The last twist: I had booked two rooms—one for me and my husband and one for a couple of friends—in May at €75 per room. A week before our stay in early September, I received a notice that our reservation was invalid and that the hotel offered an alternative. The reality was that they had raised the price to €85 per room. Not finding another option, I accepted, but given the old, unwelcoming property, the €10 increase feels like a theft. The final receipt they gave us for the total payment was €150, not the €170 we actually paid. Very unprofessional.

I received a very detailed guide on how to enter the hotel outside reception hours, plus a coffee and a small pastry in the room for a quick breakfast, and a bike rack in the basement.
