The view from the dining room was stunning and the breakfast was plentiful, but the room was a bit dirty and dated; the staff were super friendly and helpful.

The cleanliness was good and the view from room 7 was nice, plus the orange juice at breakfast was fine, yet the pillows and bedding were lacking and the breakfast was not presentable; the hotel felt old.

The property presents itself as a four‑star superior and enjoys a good location; overall the experience was quite positive, although the single room assigned to me did not seem up to the declared category. The main issue was the bed, which was too short even for me at 1.80 m. Sure, when fatigue hits you end up sleeping anywhere, even on stones, but a four‑star superior should offer comfort that lets you rest well without having to adapt. On the bright side, the breakfast and service were excellent; the management was impeccable and deserves recognition. The price paid also helped make the overall balance favorable. It is regrettable that a room with a more suitable bed could have made the stay much more comfortable and in line with expectations.
