The location is excellent, close to the beach, cafés, and restaurants. From the large balcony you get a quiet view of an Italian‑style courtyard. All the amenities are there and there are nice treats. The place was also clean and comfortable.

The welcome was decent and the location was good, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired; it was barely cleaned, the toilets had issues, a sewer smell lingered, the toilet tank kept leaking every time we used water, and the sink and bathtub got clogged.

The room was spacious, but the location and the balcony overlooking the courtyard were a bit noisy, everything felt rather old and poorly furnished.

The room was cozy, well-equipped, spotless, and the jacuzzi was comfortable and relaxing.

I was lucky to book this stay for my first visit; the room was reasonably clean, not as pristine as some reviews claim, but still tidy. It was spacious, shared with a neighbour, yet we could dine on the terrace. Nearby, the urban supermarket DECO and Lidl were close, and the train and bus stops were conveniently located. Most of all, I’m grateful to the host who kindly assisted me despite my limited English. Thank you!
