Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The building was older than I expected, and because it was so hot outside the air was okay but not great; the staff were fantastic. The air conditioner was only okay, I was surprised to find carpet on the floor, and I didn't like that they charged $30 to my credit card and I'm still waiting for that refund.

They were very friendly, the room was clean and fairly comfortable. When we checked in we weren't told how to access the Internet or what hours breakfast would be served the next day.

The front desk employee was amazing—she was sweet and did a great job with customer service, and the elevators were convenient. My room had a funky smell—nothing quite like Marlboro from 1979 or mold, just something in between, but it was mild enough to survive. What bothered me the most was that my shoes were literally damp the next morning, possibly from sitting on the carpet absorbing moisture from days gone by…? I really don’t know. But I doubt I’ll be back.

Very clean and close to the hospital

Well located. The swimming pool was closed, the walk‑in showers were as shown in the pictures, and my room had a tub.
