The location, staff, and owners were very accommodating. We were traveling with our dog, and they ensured we saw all rooms suitable for Max (GSD). They served lovely dinner and breakfast.

The property’s location is simply amazing with a scenic view. I loved the hospitality of the entire staff and the owner. Breakfast was excellent and high‑quality. We requested a Ladakhi dinner one night, and the cook kindly prepared a special dish for us, which was a real treat. We were scheduled to stay two nights but ended up staying four; the owner graciously accommodated us, kept our bags for a day without a booking, and helped with moving and arranging our gear. We arrived with four Yamaha RD350s and two Bullets, and the front yard became a garage—thanks to the owners for their kindness and consideration. There is nothing you can’t like about this hotel.

The room was huge and spotless for all four of us, and the women in charge were very friendly, but the service barely spoke English, the reception was dirty and neglected, and breakfast turned out very basic and minimalist; nobody told you whether tea or coffee was included, and it was unclear what was and wasn't part of the meal.

The host is one of the most hospitable people I've ever met, and the dolma is simply amazing; the whole staff knows how to look after guests.
