I booked through a platform, paid 1200, and when I arrived the front‑desk clerk said the hotel isn’t partnered with Booking or Oyo. The experience was the worst I’ve had, and I urge you to cancel or disassociate this property because cheaper rates keep appearing when people search, which is a safety concern.

The TV and AC were fine, but the bathroom smelled terrible, and the taps and toilet seat were in bad shape and dirty. On top of that, the hotel demanded 1500 rupees instead of the 800 rupees I had paid for the booking, claiming the room was already rented and under another stakeholder. The price for this subpar room was outrageous.

The TV worked, but the place was not suitable for any trip and turned out to be the worst stay ever. They claimed they don’t take bookings seriously and even took 150p cash from us because we didn’t book online.
