“Best hotel in Bradford!🙌”

After staying at three different Bradford hotels, this one tops the list. The bed is delightful, and the bedroom feels so inviting that it’s hard to leave. Breakfast is varied and tasty, though a mini fridge would be nice—otherwise I managed with my own ice bucket. Extra towels took too long to arrive; even after I offered to collect them myself, the staff still promised to bring them to the room, but it took an absurd amount of time, forcing me to call twice while my shower was on hold.

“Good hotel for a short stay”

The staff were helpful and the check‑in went smoothly. The rooms were spacious and came with plenty of pillows and towels. However, the bathroom in one room was not very clean, with hairs on the floor, and the windows weren’t properly glazed. Noise persisted all night, and the hotel had no parking; they also didn’t give any discount for nearby car parks as advertised.

The location is good, the room is a decent size and clean.

They went there for a concert at Bradford Live and the location was very close; the receptionist was not very friendly and gave answers in an arrogant tone.

Easy to walk to science museum, paid parking nearby. All good
