The staff are awesome and the location is spot on—just a walk to the shopping area and the mall. Every time I come to Manizales, I book here. The only thing that can bite you is that some showers don't have much pressure, depending on the room.
What a lovely place—cozy, with a spectacular view and super friendly staff. Loved it!

The view from the terraces is unbeatable—snow, mountains, city all in one shot. Esteban and Nelcy were super friendly and always ready to help. The only downside? The room is tiny and there's no place to put my suitcase or clothes.
“Barrio peligroso y ruidoso”
The only thing worth mentioning is the view from the 3rd‑floor lounge. The rest? The area feels unsafe, the neighborhood is dirty, the room was noisy all night with drunk people and a fight. I found hair on the bed, the sheets weren't changed, the bathroom wasn't sealed so you could hear everything, and every room used the same key—definitely a security issue. The staff even suggested moving at 10 pm to leave the area.
