The location was good, but the staff were unhelpful: at reception they didn't arrange the taxi we requested, and at the café the answers about dishes were poor.

The location was good, accessible to the center, restaurants and points of interest, and a visit to Basilica De San Juan de Dios is a must; breakfast needs improvement to match a 4‑star hotel.

The location was excellent, the basement parking was very convenient (though the entrance is narrow and not for the faint of heart); the staff were helpful, and the rooms and reception were modern and clean.
