The property is gorgeous, with a beautiful garden right outside the room. I adored the design, the luxurious bathroom, and the pajamas and snacks that were provided.

The care was excellent, the gardens stunning, and the rooms generous. They treated us wonderfully, even leaving a handwritten note for our honeymoon.

Traditional Japanese rooms, a large plaza, and very friendly staff and service. The design is poor, especially the tollite, and every time it feels like an adventure and quite dangerous.

The staff were extremely friendly and professional, and made sure we had an excellent stay!. Nothing! This is a wonderful place to stay

The location is quite central. This establishment does not live up to a so‑called 5‑star rating. The comfort (no air conditioning in the bathroom of the “garden” room, which is the most expensive), the staff limited in English, the breakfast (the Japanese breakfast is very mediocre, and the so‑called continental breakfast is poor!!! In short, we were extremely disappointed with this establishment).
