The portions were just right and every dish tasted great, especially the dessert pudding which was outstanding.
The facility was fine, but the food lacked creativity.
This place blends a modern hotel with a traditional ryokan, sits right in the historic center of Hagi with easy access to the beautiful Kikugahama beach, offers great food and nice public onsens, but because it’s a rather large facility it doesn’t provide the same intimacy as smaller ryokans.
