The breakfast buffet was very nice, the room was clean and suitable for our stay, we skipped the pool because the beach was a short walk away, and the evening meals were excellent with attentive staff. There was nothing I didn’t like about this hotel.

The hotel’s size is just right, it’s quiet all the time, and it’s close to the beach, the restaurant, and the shops.

The staff and the bar area. The room was called a Superior, but it should be called a standard room. Room 203. It was near the pool so the curtain had to remain closed making the room dark and claustrophbic. We tried to change but the hotel was full. The main noise came from being close to the bar/ restaurant where chairs and tables were constantly being moved causing a loud scraping noise. There are better rooms facing outward, I would try and get one of them. Rooms along the side of the pool 201,203,205, 207 etc are all called Superior but should be avoided

The staff were very friendly, the ambience was nice, and both dinner and breakfast were good during our five vacation days. In our suite, hallway noises and the gym made a clear sound in the mornings, repeatedly interrupting sleep, and we could also hear the water pipes from the neighboring room.

The staff are welcoming and the food is good. The hotel itself, along with its relaxation and fitness areas, is well maintained and meets the expected standard. The location is disappointing because the beach is directly in front of the hotel; there is no “valet parking” as described and no reserved beach chairs. The rooms, while clean and well kept, do not match a 5‑star standard for the price (I stayed at another 5‑star hotel in Crete that was a bit pricier, but the difference was striking). Finally, the hotel charged an extra 60 € for a late check‑out even though no one else took the room after me, which left a sour taste. Overall, a decent experience that falls short of the price.
