Everything was great, from checking in to finding my room to the convenience of the location for my Arlington visit. The front desk staff were incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating. I have absolutely zero complaints, only wish I had stayed longer to try the pool, but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly. The layout of the room felt a bit odd, but it wasn’t bad—just weird.

Breakfast food was delicious. The whole reason I picked this location was because they had a nice pool. Our AC at our home was broken so we wanted to take our child to a hotel with a decent pool to cool off, but the pool was closed for our entire stay. very disappointing. Then I was charged a pet cleaning fee, and we had no pets! When I called to get that fixed, the lady that I spoke to said they would take care of it. She did not. I had to call again 3 days later to ask for it to be fixed again. That person actually fixed while I was still on the phone with her so I appreciated that. But I don’t know why we were charged to begin with! It was myself, my husband, and my 2 year old. No pets

The staff were super friendly and helpful, yet only one elevator worked and the AC in our room barely blew cool air.
