The location, staff, and price are great, and the facilities are excellent.

The staff were horribly unprofessional, the room had mold on the ceilings, the sheets were stained, and it smelled awful.

The location is fine, but the place is run down, dirty, and there were dead flies on the window sills that were not cleaned at all.
