The bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. It still lacks a lot to be 5‑star. Street noise is audible, and the ambiance and décor need improvement before it can claim 5 stars.

There is very little staff, and the air‑conditioners in the rooms make a lot of noise, making it hard to sleep.

The staff were very attentive and helpful; when I asked for a quieter room away from the city noise, they switched me quickly and flexibly, and the room service was also fast and friendly. The same went for breakfast. The night views were spectacular! I didn’t have time to stay longer, but I’d love to enjoy more of the facilities and comforts next time.
