This amazing hotel is very beautiful and welcoming. The balcony offers a stunning view, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, the shower is great, and overall the facilities are superb. The owners were extremely nice and even offered us a complimentary late check‑out without us asking. We’ll definitely return—worth every penny!

The suite is lovely, with attention to detail such as wonderful shower soap, pleasant linens, plenty of treats, and a cozy atmosphere. However, the bed in the room was supposed to be 1.8 × 2 m, but it actually measured 1.5 × 1.7 m, and the air‑conditioner was old and stopped for long periods (Suite Harry).

We arrived at the hotel to celebrate a birthday based on recommendations and after receiving confirmation for a room for 3. It took a long time to find our room and the key safe because the signage was terrible. We tried to reach the host on the phone listed as always available, but no one answered. Eventually we managed somehow. The room was prepared only for two, with cups, towels, slippers, slippers, etc. We called again and no one answered. After a while someone called back and said he was replacing the host. We explained the situation and asked him to come fix the missing items. He refused and said he couldn’t. When we got upset and asked to speak with the property owner, he said it wasn’t possible, we threatened to complain, and still he said that since he was a replacement he had no idea what Booking had done. He mentioned there were sheets in the closet, but we told him that was not enough and he should come and finish everything, but he refused and said we’d have to deal with Booking. Somehow we found sheets and an extra towel. That, of course, ruined the whole experience. Also in the room there was a sheet explaining that we could enjoy a jacuzzi in the room, but in reality there was no jacuzzi at all. In short, I don’t understand how Jacy, the property owner, agreed to such behavior and didn’t get back to us. They refused to give compensation and we finally received it from Booking. Bottom line: the property may look nice but with this level of service we won’t return and we advise against going.

The Ein Kerem center is close to everything and Jess was perfectly helpful with all our requests; the first room we got was musty and smelled bad, but they moved us to a slightly less furnished room that was fine.
