“Only enjoyed the shopping convience”
Breakfast was disappointing, filled with processed food, cold bread, and frozen fruit that I couldn't eat. The air conditioner was noisy, making it impossible to sleep, and the room smelled like the carpet needed replacing; overall it wasn’t worth the money paid.
The location was good. The rooms were small.
“I will definitely not be returning.”
All the hotel’s facilities were closed for carpet replacement on the 2nd floor, so there was no pool, no fitness centre, and no breakfast even though it had been advertised a few days before arrival. The air‑conditioner was broken, blasted noise, and light seeped through the curtains, making sleep impossible.
The place was clean. No negatives.

The location near the Riverfront was excellent. The hotel was quiet, clean, and as comfortable as could be for a non‑home stay. Staff were pleasant and very helpful, and the valet service was outstanding. The continental breakfast was just okay. Rooms were clean and spacious. We felt safe with our family there and will definitely return on our next visit. The pillows weren’t ideal for me since I prefer a firm pillow, and the breakfast could use a bit more variety, but nothing was a deal‑breaker.
